Still the best cheese steak in this market,  i have tried other locations in folsom,  el Dorado  roseville  and citrus heights,  and nothing else comes close.  I'll take wild bills  over them all

We went to try this place after a long day. The place was empty when we got there (well before dinner rush), so seating was good - we got the long table in the middle, great for our big family. We were expecting it to be busier than it was for a Saturday, but maybe it was our off-timing.

The menu is a little different - you order by menu item number or by name, but it seems like they go more by name. We got the Cali (pictured & they said it was the most popular sandwich)) and the Buffalo. Sandwiches are served hot & LOADED with steak! The meat was sliced super thin, which was a good thing - makes it easy to eat. Quite a bit of cheese in the sandwiches too. Not a big fan of the buffalo sandwich, but the Cali was good. There was just something about the Buffalo that was off. The Cali would be even better with a bit more bell peppers. The garlic fries were good, but the portion seemed very small compared to garlic fries from other places.

Overall, it was an okay place. Kid-friendly and friendly for big families. (Although, if it had been busier, then there probably wouldn't have been enough seating for us all.) They offer a kid menu and more on the main menu than just cheesesteaks. Seems like a good place to go for draft beers too. There's a tv for sports fans as well.

Everything was clean, including the restroom. Lots of parking, since it's in the shopping center.

    Absolutely disappointed!!!!
Our experience started when we arrived
We arrived and my wife needed to use the restroom she took one step in and turned around immediately and let the staff know the bathroom had an excess of urine all over.
Next we had placed our order
    My self
    My wife
    My child
    3 sandwiches
    3 sides

None of our sandwiches came out as ordered

Apparently the supplier "per employee dropping off our sandwiches" stopped bringing peppers so instead of informing this information to us as we placed our order they continue to take our order and just make my wife sandwich however they wanted.

Next we get to my sandwich
Again just make something and bring it out and put it in front of me
Apparently the supplier didn't bring cheese either that I ordered however they still took my order without informing me they didn't have the ingredients to make my sandwich and just made it with something they tossed together and brought to me
I ordered cheese whiz (yes gross but I like it on a cheesesteak) however what they put in front of me was simply American cheese

Now my child sandwich same deal again with another cheese
She ordered pepper jack ended up with American cheese

Now that we sucked it up and when ahead and eat anyways as we were in the mood for cheesesteak so we sucked it up anyways the entire time waiting and eating and cleaning up The bathroom was never addressed my wife was never able to use it.

I seen about five customers come through the door to pick up there to go orders. I would be severely frustrated if I got home and it's just something was tossed together versus what you actually ordered. All of this could've been avoided by just saying "we're out of cheese"we're out of peppers"ect...
Instead I feel like they just made something and put it in front of us

    DOORDASH BEWARE!!!!!!!

The hag at the counter needs an attitude adjustment. If you're going to have a sign that says "Order by name or by number", and I order by number, don't tell me I'm ordering wrong. Learn how to use the register and don't be such a grump.

Who goes to a cheese steak place and orders a veggie? I did. It was awful. They use frozen spinach and old rolls. I ended up just leaving it there and ordering a second sandwich. It was alright, hardly worth the $10 bucks. I used to eat here on the regular 4 or 5 years ago, when I worked in the area. They were amazing and I would have given them 5 stars on every visit. They've lost their touch and now I'm unlikely to return.

Anyway... if you're going to charge $9 for a veggie sandwich, use fresh ingredients and if you want to have people come back to your restaurant, move Oscar the grouch to latrine duty.

Really good cheese steaks! I had the Rocky w/pepper jack and it was good, the sandwich was filling with lots of meat.
